BUILDING, ELECTRICAL, MECHANICAL, PLUMBING, AND ZONING PERMIT LETTERS are in the mail.
The township’s assessing department plans to visually inspect all 2025 buildings to prepare for the 2026 assessment year between now and December 31. Marcia Bail and Robert Welch are conducting the assessments and will arrive in a vehicle with the company’s identification.
If you are an owner of a home completed or still under construction (this year) please remember to file a principal resident affidavit.
